On Foodie Friday: Eat More Tacos, Shrimp Tacos

Easy Shrimp Tacos
Serves approx 8 tacos

Ingredients: 
1 lb of fresh shrimp
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
8 Tortillas

Toppings:
Taco toppings (personal picture)
1 bunch of radishes sliced
1/4 cabbage chopped
1 avocado sliced
1 jalapeno sliced
Salsa
Sour Cream
1 Lime (or lemon substitute)

Instructions:
1. On a saute pan over medium-high heat add the olive oil, then add the minced garlic.  
2. Add your already washed and deveined shrimp into the the pan, sprinkling a little salt and pepper.
3. In the meantime, on your stove top warm your tortillas on a griddle or skillet.
4. Shrimp cook very quickly, and you know

use fresh shrimp
instead of frozen.

they're done when they 

no longer look translucent-about five minutes. 
5.  Build your tacos with any or all of the toppings prepared.    

Notes: for crispier tortillas add a little butter to the skillet or griddle to heat, before you add the tortillas.
